El Archipiélago de Revillagigedo, junto con las Islas de Cocos y las Islas Galápagos, son la frontera azul del desierto en términos de biodiversidad y grandes encuentros con animales. Ubicado a unas 240 millas al sur de Los Cabos, esta colección de islas San Benedicto, Roca Partida, Socorro y Clarión se encuentran en medio del Océano Pacífico. Hay varios operadores de liveaboard que visitan este lugar y comúnmente ofrecen un liveaboard de ocho días, con seis días de buceo, visitan San Benedicto, Roca Partida y Socorro en un solo viaje.  


Dependiendo de las condiciones, el tablero de vida se moverá alrededor de la isla para encontrar el mejor buceo y visibilidad, pero generalmente Roca Partida es donde todo el mundo queda maravillado. De noviembre a mayo, la principal atracción en Revillagigedo son las mantas gigantes, los delfines nariz de botella, los tiburones martillo y una variedad de especies de tiburones como tiburón sedoso, tiburón galápagos y tiburón puntas plateadas. Si tienes suerte durante estos meses de invierno también puedes encontrar ballenas jorobadas en el agua. El apogeo de los encuentros pelágicos en México ocurren en este lugar, no te arrepentirás de visitar estas islas.

The Revillegigedo Archipielago, alongside Cocos Islands and Galapagos Islands, is the ultimate blue wilderness frontier in terms of biodiversity and big animal encounters. Located about 240 miles south of Los Cabos this collection of islands San Benedicto, Roca Partida, Socorro and Clarion sit in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. There are several liveaboard operators that visit this place and commonly offer an eight day liveaboard, with six days of diving, and visit San Benedicto, Roca Partida and Socorro in one trip. 

Depending on the conditions the liveaboard will move around the island to find the best diving and visibility, but usually Roca Partida is where everyone gets blown away. During November through May, the main attraction in the Revillagigedo are the giant mantas, resident bottle nose dolphins, schooling hammerheads and a variety of shark species like silky, galapagos an silver tips. If you are lucky enough during these winter months you can also encounter humpback whales in the water. The pinnacle of pelagic encounters in Mexico happen in this place, you will not regret visiting these pristine islands.
